Hey, Photographia...

I just got my first wedding gig.  Well, first gig ever, really.  It's for a co-worker's sister in October of 2008.  I have a couple of weddings to practice on before then (my aunt, my good friend), so hopefully I won't screw it up. I'm also taking a portrait class next semester. 

Wow... so cool!

Well, right now I've got a Canon Rebel XT, but I'm hoping upgrade to something even better sometime this summer. Then my XT can serve as backup. It takes great pictures, but if I want to start making money off of this instead of it just being a hobby, I really need the gear for it!
